Urban Tours wishes to provide an enjoyable experience for all participants.
Bus ToursIMPORTANT: Pick Up time
Pickup Confirmation: You will receive an email the evening before your tour with your confirmed pickup time and location. Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive at your designated pickup location at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time. To keep our schedule running smoothly, we cannot guarantee waiting for late arrivals and we don't want you to miss out. Onboard Policy: For the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle, hot drinks (even those with lids) are strictly not permitted on the vehicle.
Cancellation conditions
At Urban Tours Brisbane, we know things happen and want to be as flexible as possible. If you do need to cancel, please let us know outside 24 hours of your experience to receive a full refund. If you have booked through a third party - their cancellation conditions may override Urban Tours Brisbane. Please go by the most restrictive. Any refunds will be provided by the third party.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the time booked or you are a no show, no refund will be given. Cancellations must be received via email: info@urbantours.com.au
Amendments
Urban Tours Brisbane may need to change a booking if unforeseen circumstances arise and the safety of participants are at risk. In the case of extreme weather, alternative dates will be arranged, or a refund provided.
Adventure GamesWho can play an Adventure Game experience
The game is aimed at people aged 16 and above. Any participant under the age of 18 will require a legal parent or guardian accompany each team.
Urban Tours Brisbane has public liability insurance. An insurance certificate is available on request.
