Split-system air conditioning provides year-round comfort, while the secure layout is ideal for relaxed family stays.

The compact kitchen includes cooking facilities, a refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, utensils and everything needed for a self-contained stay. The adjoining indoor living areas provide plenty of room to unwind after exploring Exmouth, while the outdoor spaces offer additional areas for dining and relaxation.

The fully fenced yard offers additional security for families, while dual driveways and generous undercover parking provide space for cars and boats. Shops, breweries and local restaurants are within walking distance, and the children’s water playground is approximately 500 metres away.
