Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us at least 24 hours before the booking to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within the 24 period prior to use will not be refunded.
Operations
The Bus Shuttle Service will operate from 9 am to 4 pm on designated days with the last bus departing at approximately 3:45 pm.
There will a break in the service for approximately 30 minutes during the day at approximately 12.30 pm.
Priority will be given to passengers with pre-bought day passes to the Shuttle Bus service, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Single trip passes can be purchased from the driver on the day, subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bike Hire and Tours provided by Southbound Escapes
- No tariff applies for cancellations occurring before 48 Hours prior to the scheduled arrival
date
- 50% tariff applies for cancellations within 48 hours (inclusive) of the scheduled arrival date
subject to unfavourable weather conditions as determined by us.
- 100% tariff applies for cancellations within 24 hours (inclusive) of the scheduled arrival
date subject to unfavourable weather conditions as determined by us.
- 100% tariff applies in cases of ‘no show’
- no tariff applies where cancellation is made by us for any reason, including unfavourable
weather conditions.
Tours and Experiences offered by suppliers are subject to their terms and conditions listed below.
AMENDMENT CHARGES:
- Changes to bookings may incur fees and will be subject to the terms and conditions of
suppliers which will be advised prior to booking.
