Cancellation Policy
For bookings for 1 to 9 Adults: A full refund can be provided if more than 24 hours of notice has been provided in writing. No re-booking fees apply if a request is submitted more than 24 hours prior to the experience date. A rebooking fee will be charged if experience must be re-booked within 24 hours of the start time. A cancellation fee is charged if less than 24 hours of notice has been provided.
For bookings for 10+ Adults: All cancellation requests must be submitted more than 7 days prior to the start of the experience to receive a refund or to be re-scheduled with no additional costs (subject to availability).
If changes to numbers are requested within 7 days of the booking date, we are unable to guarantee that this can be facilitated.
If full cancellation of the booking is made within 7 days, the booking will be forfeited, and no refunds can be given.
If Sirromet is unable to provide you with this experience, all money will be refunded. Sirromet is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancellation.
No-shows will lead to forfeiture of the experience. No refunds or credit transfers will be possible.
