Directions

Starting from the top of York Street roundabout, turn right into St Emilie Way, then left into Middleton Road and travel east for about 2-3km before turning left into Golf Links Road and then right into Barry Court. Dillon Close is first on the right.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is re-booked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater, plus any booking centre fees. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Idemntity: The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result -which are caused by the client and/or any members of the party and the Owner can require payment from the client to cover any such costs.
