You may just land a Marlin! Or you may just catch the sun ... kick back and relax, after a day of Ningaloo adventures. This fully air-conditioned house is a perfect base for your next family or group holiday in Exmouth, come and enjoy the local attractions in pure indulgent luxury.
As you walk through the front doors you will note that luxury is in abundance at Marlin. There's a huge open plan living space, and the dining area seats a whopping ten people! Check out the top notch modern kitchen. Well stocked with everything your inner chef needs to cook up a storm. Lounge at the breakfast bar with the kids, or move them into the theatre room for some "Peppa Pig' timeout. The holidaying is so easy at Marlin.
The sleeping has been covered too. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, Bedroom 2 & 3 have 2 king singles and a trundle bed while Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed. Large family bathroom complete with bath and 2 separate toilets and a laundry with front loader washing machine round out the features down stairs.
Travel upstairs to the Master retreat, complete with King sized bed, Television, Ensuite and large balcony with outdoor setting. Perfect for hiding away from the kids and enjoying the views.
Outside has all the features covered too! Fully fenced with a large outdoor setting for ten. Your own private pool overlooking the canals and just a stroll down the steps to your private jetty ( boats up to a maximum of 8 meters ) and it even has its own live bait tank (power and water available at the jetty). There's an outdoor hot and cold shower perfect for washing away the beach sand and even a single person canoe for paddling the canals (at your own risk). All topped off with plenty of parking for three cars and two boats/trailers. Don't forget to put the day's catch into the conveniently located chest freezer in the garage.

- This property has a minimum night stay of 5 nights.
- Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels or you can hire some from us.
- Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.
- Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.
- This property is fully self contained.
- Provisioning is not provided.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
