More than 7 days in advance: No cancellation fee.
Within 0-6 days in advance: 100% cancellation fee.
Specific policy for horse riding with petting zoo:
Cancel at least 24 hours prior: Full refund is given.
Within 24 hours or no-show: Forfeiture of the experience is possible.
