Kira's Holiday House is a spacious, pet-friendly retreat set in a peaceful pocket of Spencer Park, Albany. Recently renovated with modern appliances throughout, the home is just minutes from the CBD and Middleton Beach, making it an ideal base for families, pets and Great Southern day trips.
The open-plan living area is comfortable and inviting, with air conditioning and electric blankets keeping things cosy year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped for a home-away-from-home stay, complete with a rice cooker and all the essentials you need to settle in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: One months notice is required for cancellation of bookings during school holidays and long weekends. 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of bookings outside of peak times.
Cancellation fees apply if cancellation is less than the required times as noted above.
Pet Friendly accommodation with a surcharge of $15 per night for one dog and $20 per night for two dogs that will be added to your booking once confirmed.
We request that you phone through credit card details to Emu Beach Chalets 9844 8889 to secure the house and for pet fees if applicable.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
