Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
-Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges.
-Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to arrival date shall incur a 50% charge of the booking unless a new booking of equal or more value is made. A $25 fee will be incurred with a change of booking within 7 days of original booking.
Group Bookings, ie those with 5 or more rooms booked are required to give 30 days notice to cancel to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
