Cancellation Policy
7 Day cancellation policy applies. For cancellations of less than 7 days no refund will be given.
For Group bookings (2 or more, cabins/suites/ tiny homes or sites) 14 days notice is required for cancellations.
All cancellations will incur a minimum $25 fee.
No smoking/ Vaping in all facilities incl. (but not limited to) cabins, amenities, playground, reception, etc.
Animals are not permitted in cabins or tourist suites. We do have 2 pet friendly cabins where prior arrangement is made, directly with the park. Animals are permitted on caravan and camping site. Providing they on a tethered leash at all times, a cleaning fee will be charged if you are caught not collecting and disposing of your animal droppings.
A fee of up to $200.00 will be incurred for cleaning if you smoke/vape in your cabin.
A fee of up to $200.00 will be incurred for cleaning if your Cabins/Rooms are left in an unreasonable
A fee of up to $200.00 will be incurred for cleaning where unauthorized pets stay in or near cabin. Or if excessive cleaning needs to occur due to an authorized pet in a cabin. Pets are not allowed on any furnishings.
No Refunds are given for early departure, inclement weather or illness; we recommend you invest into travel insurance to cover your costs.
