Cancellation terms and conditions

An administration fee of $35 will be charged on all cancelled bookings. A full refund (less administration fee) will be given on all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking. Between 8 - 30 days a 50% cancellation fee + $35 administration charge. Cancellations or 'no show' of 7 days or less, we are unable to be refund. No refunds will be given on early departure.
