Cancellation Policy
Flamboyance Tours Terms
If we are provided more than 24 hours notice ahead of a tour, Flamboyance Tours is happy to provide one reschedule for any booking, a gift card with the amount paid to be used at a future time, or provide a refund. No reschedules, gift cards or refunds are given within 24 hours of any tour. No-shows will be charged the full price.
If we cancel a tour due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the chance to reschedule after being notified within a reasonable time. Tours are intended to run with minimum two people and may also be cancelled if there is only one person booked to attend (with a full refund provided).
