Fern is a spacious canal-side holiday home designed for relaxed family stays in Exmouth. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a welcoming central space, with a large family dining table and comfortable lounge featuring a large television with Foxtel. Free Wi-Fi and split-system air conditioning throughout provide added comfort and convenience.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and espresso coffee machine, making self-catered stays easy. The home also features a music system and plenty of space for families to gather after a day exploring the Ningaloo Coast.

Fern's standout feature is its 7-metre, south-facing swimming pool overlooking the canals. The large surrounding deck offers uninterrupted water views, sun lounges and plenty of space to relax while enjoying Exmouth's warm weather and sunset skies.

The outdoor area also includes a gas BBQ, dining table and chairs for alfresco meals. Guests travelling with a boat can use the private floating pontoon jetty, which accommodates vessels up to 7 metres, while dual driveways provide convenient parking for vehicles and trailers.
