Dantosa Blue Mountains Retreat provides you with a secluded 9-acre estate with numerous walking paths, private gardens, a private lake, floating lake house, tennis court, BBQ facilities, gazebo and even its own croquet lawn. Dantosa is a 5-minute drive from the famous Three Sisters and the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park. Originally a goat farm, the property has a 30-year-old established Blue Mountains garden and accommodation in two buildings - Dantosa Cottage and nearby Dantosa House.
Dantosa House has a modern elegance with a gourmet kitchen and spacious terrace overlooking the lake. The large living area includes a Norwegian wood fireplace and the house has central heating and air conditioning.
When booking Dantosa House, there is accommodation for 10 guests in shared bedrooms. Dantosa House is available for Sundays to Thursdays except on occasional weekends (up to 4 weeks in advance) when the whole Dantosa Retreat has not been booked. A minimum booking of 2 nights is required.
Dantosa Cottage was the original farmhouse and sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. It also has views over the gardens and lake.

Enjoy the gardens distinct four seasons: fields of daffodils in the spring, a 80m wall of hydrangeas in the summer, the remarkable autumn colours and the early morning frosts in winter.

Cancellation Policy
Dantosas cancellation policy means payments are not refunded. Demand for Dantosa is strong and unfortunately there is significant cost if guests change their plans.
A security bond of $1 500 is required when booking the whole of Dantosa Retreat (House and Cottage). The bond amount is charged by a pre-authorization of your credit card. This means no funds are collected directly from your card unless in the case of damage. The security bond is higher for events and larger gatherings and will be arranged directly with the Manager.
