Cancellation Policy

Any outstanding booked package balance is paid in full on arrival. Standard check-in time is 3 pm and check out is 11am.
Reservation dates can be altered subject to availability without penalty outside 24 hours to 2pm the day prior to arrival. Accommodation rates will be adjusted accordingly to those offered at the time of amendment.

All guests are required to provide Government issued Photo Identification full payment and a Credit Card Pre-Authorisation of $200AUD on arrival. The credit card provided must be the same name as both the reservation and identification provided. A $200 pre-authorisation will be held on the credit card provided on arrival; this is a condition of stay. In the event your incidental account exceeds $200 at any time an additional $200 pre-authorisation will be processed on your card to guarantee full payment on departure.
All credit card payments attract a surcharge 1.35% surcharge.
Cash bonds are not accepted at this property

Guests must be 18 years or over to reserve a hotel room. Minors (all guests under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult within the hotel. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check into the hotel no exceptions will be made.

This is a 100% Smoke-Free Non- Smoking property and has a strict No Party Policy. Only Registered guests are provided access above the ground floor of the hotel. Maximum Guest limits apply per room. Hotel Recreation level is for the exclusive use of registered hotel guests only.
