Channel Country Music Muster – Where the Outback Comes Alive!
Pack your hat, dust off your boots and get ready for a week of good old-fashioned country
fun at the Channel Country Music Muster in Thargomindah!
From Monday 13th to Sunday 19th July 2026, the Muster is your chance to kick back
under the big outback sky and enjoy a week full of toe-tappin’ tunes, hearty campfire cook-
ups and true-blue hospitality.
Enjoy Walk Ups with Rob; Dawn, test your skills in the Golden Camp Oven Award,
and don your best flares for the 70’s Theme Night. With nightly entertainment including the
Old Time Dance and our Saturday Night Party, there’s something for everyone.
You’ll also find food and market stalls, fun activities like line dancing and bingo, a regular
shuttle bus, and even prizes for shopper dockets!
Set up camp from the 11th–19th July with non-powered sites available for just $5 per night
– hot showers, clean amenities, and plenty of good company included.
Main Event: Friday 18th & Saturday 19th July – $45 per person, per day
EFTPOS available for tickets and camping.

Cancellation Policy
ENTRY TICKETS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Purchase
Entry tickets must be purchased through the authorised ticketing platform. Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and event specified.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellations more than 30 days out of the event, will receive a 100% refund of payment.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event will NOT receive a refund.
Tickets are not transferable unless stated otherwise.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to:
•Change event programs, times, or performers
•Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond their control
In the event of cancellation, refund arrangements will be communicated via the ticketing platform.
4. Entry Conditions
Entry is subject to compliance with event rules and conditions. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons who:
•Are intoxicated or disorderly
•Fail to follow staff directions
•Pose a risk to safety or enjoyment of others
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
5. Liability
Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage suffered while attending the event, except where required by law.
6. Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Entry requirements for minors may vary depending on the event.
7. Photography and Media
By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
8. Weather
The event may proceed in varying weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. No refunds will be provided due to weather unless the event is cancelled.
9. Compliance with Laws
All patrons must comply with applicable laws and event regulations at all times.
