Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Cancellations outside 3 days from arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $30.00 administration fee.
Cancellations within 3 days from arrival will forfeit the deposit. Once checked in at Airlie Apartments refunds will not be issued on accommodation if you shorten your stay.
Christmas/New Year: All bookings staying during 25 December - 5th January must pay the accommodation in full 30 days prior to arrival. If we are unable to secure payment for the accommodation and if alternate arrangements have not been made with the Resident Manager we will cancel the booking and email notification of the cancellation.
